We provide a safe, developmentally appropriate and nurturing environment to build a strong foundation for future academic success.
We enable all children to develop themselves as successful learners. We celebrate our differences and similarities and encourage children to be an individual.
The children engage in a mixture of adult led and independent play as well as a variety of activities. We plan themes around the children’s interests and needs which supports them and their identity. Our room supports a positive self-image and a love of learning.
Our Rainbow Room caters for those children due to start school the following September. The children will develop the skills needed in preparation for starting school.

Meet the Rainbow Room Staff
In the Rainbow Room, the staff know the importance of supporting children at an early age in order to help them reach their full potential throughout life. The children are encouraged to achieve their development goals through individual weekly activities that are planned by their Key Person, which link to their interests and abilities. Alongside this, the children are provided with the opportunity for frequent outdoor play, and ‘messy’ sensory activities. These keep the children stimulated, as well as allowing them to explore and learn through their senses.
