A real 'home from home'

Battenhall Nursery is situated in a large detached Victorian house within the popular residential area of Battenhall, Worcester. The Nursery was previously based within a family home and, although the family has moved out, we have not lost that homely essence which makes Battenhall Nursery a ‘home from home’.

We provide a warm, homely atmosphere for your child to feel happy and secure and to provide a safe and stimulating environment for them to grow and develop. Children learn through a vast variety of play activities and “hands on” experiences and we work alongside parents to help children reach their full potential.

Open since 2014, we offer high quality day care for children aged 3 months to 5 years for 51 weeks of the year. We offer two sessions 8:00 – 15:30 and 8:00 – 18:00 with a 7:30 start available through prior arrangement. Children are required to attend a minimum of two sessions per week.

We are part of Operation Encompass which is a national scheme that operates jointly between Early Years Settings, schools and police forces. Operation Encompass is the reporting to childcare settings, prior to the start of the next day, when a child or young person has experienced a domestic abuse incident attended by the police.
